King Wadada, 2Baba, Oritse Femi Sing One Love

Just when many had started asking of his whereabouts, reggae artiste Austin Peter, otherwise known as King Wadada, has released a new album, One Love. While he featured 2Baba in Yahweh track, he worked with Oritse Femi on the remix of Holy Holy.

r informed that the event is also part of activities to unveil his new artiste Zachariah Kelvin Lekan, aka Blackells.

“We are here to unveil my new album and my new artiste. I featured Oritse Femi in the remix of Holy Holy from way back. I’m bringing it back because many people don’t have that music today; we didn’t release that album. That song just ‘blow’ on it’s own, but now, I’m releasing it as a remix.”

On the new talent signed to his King Wadada World Class Entertainment, the artiste said, “I have a new artiste that I signed up on my own label. I waited for years to be signed to a record label, but when no one show any level of seriousness, I had to form mine with the proceed I got from farming. I didn’t have money, so, I had to go into farming andcobbling and the little money I made from that, I invest in my self and in my artistes.”

On his decision to go into farming, he explained, “music pays very well, but as a wise man and a reasonable person, you can’t just depend on music only.I’m a farmer and a shoemaker. At the same time, I’m a musician. So, I do a whole lot of things to make sure I empower the youth.”

Describing himself as a spiritual artiste, Wadada said, “the spiritual rule the physical. God is a spirit and if we want to worship Him, we have to worship Him in spirit. So, in anything you do, put God first. I decided to live my life, my career and music to God, but at the same time, we need to impact lives.”

On his newly signed artist, he said, “we met in Los Angeles, but before then, he has been aspiring to meet me. And now we decided to come together.”

On his part, Blackelz said, “I’m so excited to be signed under the legendary, King Wadada’s label. Watch out for my new single titled, Baby; it’s sending a spiritual message to people all over the world,” he said.
